Guys
My 2nd hand Eheim 2028 is running pretty fine for 5 mins then suddenly got airlock for no reason. I didnt see any air in the inlet or outlet tubing. This happen to me 3 times in a row.
What can be wrong?Thanks!

Tilt your canister to let the air out. Check whether the hoses are cut cleanly or there are jagged edges. Air sometimes enter through this area. Or, 1 of the rubber ring or the o-ring has worn out due to constant connecting and disconnecting during maintenance.

Just dismantle my filter and realize the O ring is missing! haha! No wonder! I guess this is the cause
