Buying a new tank

HI all

I am buying a new tank. Any advice on thickness, size (thinking of 422), designs to avoid, material of tank etc to watch out for? Also the stand-- wrought iron better?

Hi bro nuart,if you are getting a 422,10mm thickness with top euro bracing should be strong enough.
As for the stand if tanks is place indoor wrought iron is ok,if is place outdoor go for chengai or stainless steel.

Go for 12mm since the price difference is so negligible compared to a 10mm tank. Get a good tank maker and you will be able to go braceless. As for stand, wrought iron stand is the most conventional way to do it. Fuss free.
