Brine shrimp aka boom. It's annoying but harmful. Almost every planted aquarium will have it if you don't mix fish in it
Many white dots (size like a full stop) keep jumping on the water surface whenever open the tank lid. It jumped like fleas but with a pair of wings.
Looks they are mild, soft and have no harmfulness to the fish in the tank.

On the surface, jumping? That could be springtails, fish loves them very much

The tank is heavy of fish.
The white dots are standing on the water surface just like us standing on the ground. They jumped 5cm high and landing anywhere else.
The size is very tiny and can not be seen the detail by eyes. Sorry i don't have good enough macro lens to take a clear photo. Here is the one:

do u have floadting plants? some floating plant when they rot will have some white insect feeding on them. try remove if have. if not i not sure what is it.

What I Get From AQ, i Return Back To AQ
I get this when i was keeping bettas previously..I suspect it came with the live feed..Frequent WC and a raise in temperature eliminated them for me..hope it helps
