Where to buy cheap & good stuffs?

I'm trying to start a 4Ft x 2ft(H) x 1.5Ft marine fishes with corals.

Pls advise me where to buy all the stuffs need for my tanks. I have only a fish tank without any things.

I already had a 3ft planted tank about 2yrs ago. Quite bored already on planted tank. Initially planned to upgrade of a 4ft planted tanks and custom made a 4ft tank. Now consider to change it to marine tanks with reefs.

Already custom made a tank size: 46"(almost 4ft) x 1.5ft(W) x 2ft(H).

But I have an small issue. Not sure whether to modify it(tank) with an overflow with a custom sump. It will cost me about S$300(Drill 2 holes on the present tank and made overflow + custom sump) OR S$410(custom overflow with 2 holes, custom sump, media for filer + 1 x pump).

Can my tank used a Ehiem filter(2229 or 2228 or 202? Or must modify it with an overflow with custom sump? Until now, still no sure to buy Eheim filter(2228 or 2229 or 202 or modify my tank with an overflow. Therefore, do dare to buy anything yet.

I think the follow items are required on my tank;
1) Where to buy custom sump + modify present tank?
2) Protein skimmer with motor.
3) Where to buy 2PLx36W blue color for marine?
4) Live rock
5) Coral sand
6) Fishes & corals
7) Hydrometer & measuring equipments
Salt

I need to settle my tank either with Eheim filter or custom sump before buying the rest of the items.

It is a must to have sump for 4ft tank?

There are various LFS or fish farms to cater to your marine needs. I mostly frequent reborn, PR, petmart, NA, Pasir Ris fish farms and Seletar farm for mine. Beleive the addresses of the above-mentioned are in the LFS list.
