WOAH! Impressive tank you have there. Tell me you are not new to planted? Looks like hands of a pro aqua-scaper else you just have green fingers! Very nice and lush growth of plants you have in your tank. Anyway mind to share how you suspend your light set? And how efficient does the ANS 1000 cool your tank?
Cheers!!
Look great... The scaping look nice... You sure you are beginner???joking bro...

thanks rascal, am also having a low tech nano tank, will upload image for that soon
thanks equidorz, got lots of inspiration from lots of hobbyist here. for the lights, did a small stand (super amateur and spent about 30) will post images if interested
for the fan, so far have been able to cool to 27-28
thanks Apistionka for your comments

Yes. I will love to see your DIY light stand! I am also thinking of diy-ing a light stand for my 31L nano. LOL! hope to see some pictures soon!!
cheers!

Looks larger than a 1 ft tank. Great work, what temperature can you maintain without a chiller?

Oh 27-28 DegC, just was it in your reply.

hi Equidorz, sorry for the wait. below is the diy stand that i put together.
the materials were gathered from the hardware store near Greenchapter. Went with a rough sketch and a young chap there provided the advise.
there are also 2x 5kg weight used (place on the wood )as a counter weight

Bro, did the hardware store bend the stand for you? How much they roughly charge?
To be a Rock & not to Roll..

yup they did, but can't remember the cost of labor, but i paid about $15 for the rod (including the bending)

Nice set-up there... always find it very relaxing to look at such planted tank

Hi Tiintin,
Thank you for the images. Simple and nice stand. i did went to the hard ware store before to ask if i buy the rod from them will they be able to bend for me. they say no... how come double standard! haha. maybe you too handsome or i too ugly. LOL> anyway mind sharing how much you paid in all for the stand. If you do not mind and have the time can drop me a Private message. Thanks a million.
nice! Good choice of wood. Think you can remove the duckweed.. can see the staurogyne creeping upwards already.

What's the items in the picture on the bottom left?

hey Equidorz,
in total i paid about approximately $25 (excluding the counter-weight, cos took it from a spare dumb-bell), initially the chap was reluctant in helping out with the bending by after mentioning that i will pay for the bending, he was okay.
by the way, the need for a wood plank at the bottom was due to the limitation in drilling on the resting "metal box".
@leonard6july, those are joints used to attached the rod to the wood plank.

very nice tank you have there tinntin !
love the moss and the wood layout, nice work
