Hi guys,
I needed some advice and suggestion to use the appropriate filter for my new pet - the Goldie Fish. My internal filter came with 3 type of aeration pipes. Here it goes:
1. Rainbar type (Above water level. Nice view and great aeration for overall tank but cannot control the amount)
2. Fully submerse ejector (cannot control the amount too). That kind just blow bubbles out of the filter directly into the water.
3. Fully submerse ejector with rubble tube that can control oxygen. Serious I find the knob control cannot really increase or decrease the amount of water flow. It is only controlled when I removed the knob and use my thumb to press against the tube opening to control the flow.
Which mode would you use for and why? Any helpers?![]()
