Chiller not functioning, Needs help.

HI all, My GEX chiller seems to have stop working.
It is only a few months old. Its fails to reduce the temperture to the set temp.
The biggest difference when its still working fine compared to now is that the air no longer seems warm at the outlet as its used to be. Also once it kick in it will stay on for hours without cooling tha tank water down.
Who should I approach or sent it for repair ? No indication slips of any agent or service centre in Singapore that I can sent.
Kind of loosing confidence with this brand already.

Just bring back to the lfs and ask them to check it out for you. Its maybe a defected set.

few months old should be still under warranty right?

GEX chiller does not come with any warranty card. The reciept that was issue do not state the item being purchase.
