i set it on 24 deg..now im my kicking cycle is 2mins kick in/13mins kick out..im confused bro i dont know what to do with it
is your Canister new? do you check your pipe for air leak. coz if got air leak the pressure not enough than the flowrate will drop.

no my canister is 1yr old already..if there is a air leak i think the water also going to leak..do u think surface skimmer
can affect the flowrate?
sometimes air leak wont leak out water de. did you wash the piping and canister for the pass 1 year?

even if the flowrate drop abit shouldnt be a problem. i think is your chiller. coz i using flowrate slower than yours but still working fine. so i think you should go servce your chiller. is your tank able to be cool down by your chiller?

How old is your chiller already? Hailea chiller is known to have thermostat problem after a year.

We can't really tell what's the real problem with your chiller here, best you get someone qualified to look at it.
Maybe you can get someone to loan you a thermostat to test.
If you are a DIY person, the thermostat can be replaced with one you can get from sim lim tower (< $30), search some threads on this topic in this forum.
I just bought the second hand HC-300A also and facing the same problem....but mine due to flow rate...just bought the thermostat to be installed to nighit...

Now my chiller kicks in every one hour then rest for about 1:45min to 2hours after installing the external probe....as My setup connect 2 canisters together before connecting to chiller and I only on one canister...I also tried to on both canisters and the the chiller kicks in and run for about 40 mins then rest for about 1.5-2 hours..
