Don't think any of those will eat it.. And they are almost impossible to scrap off..
What I did was to inject H2O2 with a syringe or pipette directly onto the BBA and they will start to turn reddish brown in color which means they are dying off.. When they are dying off, shrimps actually picks on them and eats them..

It's called Black Brush Algae (BBA). I'll change the title for you. Better for searching when we use the correct/common terms.

Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
Black out does not work on BBA. The only fish that reported eat BBA is SAE (need to starve them ).
You can do spot treatment using seachem excel or H2O2 but some plants are sensitive to it. The best is to trimmed infected plant, spot treatment on the hardscape, make sure stable CO2 and lastly clean your filter.
