Hi,
My CO2 5L is ready with Solenoid, buble checker.
I was adv that ext Reactor is better than diffuser.
can someone help provide a youtube or website that show what Reactor options I have and how to finally connect the CO2 to my Aquarium to release the gas.
Do I need a cO2 checker?
Regards
Kenneth

I have not had any problem with diffuser just some minor problem with misjudging the amount injected which was quickly solved with a bubble counter, since then everything seems to be growing nicely. I was also advised that inline atomizer are more efficient and diffuse directly and completely into water with no wasting. However i am still using glass diffuser for better presentation, it looks just more high tech. And also you can actually tell right away when your co2 is too much injected or too little. Cheers.
I would go for the UP inline atomizer. You wont get those fine airlike bubbles in the water as it is dissolved almost completely before reaching the output.
Agreed bro. All the previous diffuser or whatever stuff are useless after using the up product. But i wonder does the inline atomizer able to last long, etc clog by those brown algae and the whole plastic feels like couldn't last long. I wonder when will the plastic burst.. Lol
Haha, I am wondering when too. But my assessment of the diffuser is that its of quality built. The plastic looks hard and thick, it just does not feel like those cheapo quality. As for the algae issue, I feel that it should last awhile as it is enclosed in a high pressure enviroment. Worst come to worst, soak it in chlorine mixture to clean it off. No doubt it is quite expensive, but i feel its worth the money.
Saw the new UP diffuser online, and am very tempted to buy one and try it out.
Ok try out the new 2 inline atomizer and let me know. Do you stil use 1bps CO2 after using the Up atomizer cause when I used 1bps all my shrimp are shouting for help so I lowered it to 1bp3s
My shrimps seems to be ok with 3-4bps. Or maybe its due to the size of my tank 4ft. To TS invest in a atomizer or similar reactor and your headaches on CO2 distribution is quickly solved. If budget is a problem, you can still use a glass/ceramic diffuser but position it correctly. A co2 dropper is not a must but always good to have. Do note that it does not give real time results.
