i think hairgrass will suit this scape more. And i personally feel that tying some moss or nana to the wood will be nice. Thats jut my suggestion though.

This will move to the office, onto my desk. I do not intend to dress the wood up, but I am open to suggestions as wo what to plant for the empty spaces. There will be no CO2 though. I am looking at either hairgrass or STAUROGYNE SP

i have tied fissiden to the branches while adding staurogyne in the back growth. will post pictures soon. on hindsight, i should use Blyxa at the back instead.

Looks like sand. Not sure if it can support plants which need soil well.

here are some photos from cam phone. There are snails but i solved it today by getting a puffer. Also, those interested in the wood with fissiden drop me a line.
figured this image thing out finally

Bro, your tank looks nice. I like those fissiden on your wood.

Is the 1 single piece of wood or you combine separate pieces together? With those bigger moss, it sure will look very nice when the moss matures.
its a single piece of wood... i am looking to unload it since the fissiden has grown well and I can move on to the next scape. most probably an Iwagumi...
The wood is a bit too big for this tank but my colleagues did not complain lol...

This will be a nice environment for shrimps
What is the temperature of the tank during lights on?
i have no thermometer but im guessing it is around 24-27 degrees as the airconditioning is not set to low in the office...
