Did a rescape with a nice bogwood from Mizu which I love it alot The hairgrass is from previous setup, the bogwood I tied it with nana petite and taiwan moss.

I will like to add in some background plant but I have no idea, or should I just leave it bare? Hopefully can be able to get some advise or recommendation thanks

    here is the new rescape

I would leave the background empty. Also you might want to replant your hair grass. In strands of 3-5 per bunch, 3-5cm apart from each bunch. This will provide better growth and allow your hair grass to creep. Maybe you can also trim the moss on the bog wood as its kinda messy. Last thing since your tank is on the small side try to get smaller fishes like mosquito rasborra, the harlequin you have now looks extremely big for a 1ft.

    Cheers!

Thanks equidorz, i replanted the hairgrass into smaller patches, they are growing quite slowly as I only dose excel but I'm happy at least they are spreading Ya, I think I will leave the background bare or it look too complicated :P thanks

thanks fei miao, i planted another pot of hairgrass to hope it can fill up the front area soon, though its abit slow, but I think it is spreading soon, just left the left side of tank
