Has you fish stopped dying? If it is a bioload problem, after a few fish died, the bioload ywuold have adjusted themselves.
If the fishes are still dying, I think it is a good idea to stop the CO2 and install a small air pump as suggested by Pohsan. At the same time change 20% of the water. Test your tap water for pH and gH before using them. Our tapwater may have greater fluctuation than we expected. I once found the tapwater of my friend's house in Bedok at pH 8.5. Although your problem is low pH, it is still better not to trust the tapwater. Test the tapwater and adjust it before using it for your fishes. If your tap water gH is too high, it will be very difficult to correct the pH. In this case, I suggest that you buy distilled water from a supermarket. Not from petrol station because distilled water sold there may contain additives that are harmful to the fishes.
I hope these help.
