You may purchase this foam spray at any hardware shops in industrial area only, if you are staying in the East you may try Eunos, Ubi,Changi Industrial Park, if you are stay in the West, try Toh Guan, Bukit Batok, Lokyang Industrial park and if you are in the North, Try Woodland, Chua Chu Kang industrial park.

Dont waste your time on neighborhood hardware shop, you will never find any of sorts.
