Could be rasbora brigittae?
I saw some tiny half-inch red fishes at kadio's place lately, and find them very beautiful. kadio told me the names but I can't remember. One type have a round spot on its body and the other, which is smaller, have a slightly horizontally longer spot. The price kadio said was roughly 40cent and $2 resp.
Can someone tell me the names and where to get them. Though kadio told me to get them from a shop near queensway shopping centre.

If you've learnt, teach, if you have, give.
Don't walk behind me as I might not lead, don't walk in front of me as I might not follow. Walk beside me, as my friend.
Mohamad Rohaizal is my name. If it's too hard, use BFG. I don't mind.
Maybe this will help you to identify the fish you are looking for!

why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Hi Plantz!
Finally remember the name of the shop, it's Biotope!(sigh... signs of ageing...).
The fish you are looking for are Boraras Briggitae and Boraras Maculatus.
Cheers!
Thanks, kadios.
I went to the shop just 2 hours ago. The rare red fish name is Boraras Merah, found at Kalimantan. Only left 3, I bought the rest.
Anyone interested in exotic fishes should go take a look. GOOD stuff. The owner, Thio is friendly.
BIOTOPE Blk 2, jalan bukit merah. somewhere near safra, the road opp queensway shopping centre.
plantz, welcome to the world of exotic south-east asian fishes. [:]

from our part of the world, it's the tetras, cichlids and killies that are the real exotics...... I believe that next to the Amazon Basin, Southeast Asia has the greatest biodiversity of freshwater fishes in the world, AND also THE MOST THREATENED, by habitat destruction, and perhaps some over-collection.
I understand from talking to the trade that wonderful jewels like Sundadanio axelrodi, jumbo super red harlequins, Microrasboras, many Boraras species, the various chocolate gouramis are exported by the crate to places like Japan and Germany, where the folks there marvel at these treasures and pay top dollar for them.
Here, I hear people looking at a tank of rasboras in a LFS and wondering aloud if their luohan would like eating them.
Pardon me, but ...... "SCHEISSE!!!!!!*

It's always like this. Just like african cichlids and killifishes are worthless in local African aquatic scene, where they prefer imported guppies, tetras, or rasboras.
Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
