er... isnt ISTA and PROFANTEC the same brand...i got brand ISTA box and the fan inside is PROFANTEC brand..$40 worth the money.Comes with clip on and the fan is very strong.

Not the same brand. It just happens that ISTA uses Profantec fans in their kit.

How about in terms of noise or vibration? I am actually looking for one for my 3ft tank.
