Your tank too dark because of the floating plants ,but i find that the mama shrimp carry very little eggs ,it looks stressed out and maybe it dropped a few eggs.Thus there is very little eggs being carried.Just My Two Cents.

My tank is actually very bright, I have to use a -2 for my cam in order not to get the picture over exposed. The mama shrimps are carrying normal/quite alot Of eggs actually, should be the angle of the photo.

Got a surprise when I looked at my tank yesterday, I saw Oto fries!!!!

Haha..they just eat what my shrimps eat, nothing special for them.

Oh..haha..I usually busy in front of the tank searching for those little shrimps to see where they are hiding! I even have a torch light near my tank, quite fun to see them hiding and stop moving when the light shines on them..haha
