correct me if i am wrong. c328 might have. Cheerios
I broke one of the fastening screw on nut used to secure the in and out hose connector when reconfiguring my filter system. Think I over tighten it till the top cracked and pop off partially. Anyone know where I can get the replacement parts locally?
Below is the part I am looking for.

Called up NA, went C328 and Polyart all don't carry spare parts for chiller. Petmart is closed on Wed so not sure if the still carry it. Maybe will just go to the distributor at Kaki Bukit to buy...

Called Span Aquarium, he distri for Resun Chiller and was told that CL 280 got 2 type. The old one with a rubber piece on the hose connector and the new one with a rubber seal(no idea what is the diff). The old one may be difficult to find and will need to check for ex-stock.
Called Petmart and they also need to check for ex-stock.
A advise to all folks out there. Be gentle with your chiller!
Yup, ichy hand me....
Finally, they got back to me and was told that it comes in a set together with the host connector and it cost $20 each.
Any bro got spare screw cap or need the host connector?
alright. thanks for the fruitful information.
Saved $20 by using PVC glue(orange tin with Japanese words) to stick back the top which pop out. Use cloth peg to hold it in place and allow it to cure for a day before putting it back.
This time round, did not screw it back on too tight. The trick to stop it from leaking and not screwing the cap on too tight and breaking it is to push the hose connector with the rubber seal into the hole tightly before screwing on the cap. I think the cap is actually just to keep the connector in place and prevent accidental disconnect or it popping out due to high water pressure. In fact with out the screw cap, it will not leaking if you push the connector in far enough.
Just a word of caution when pushing the hose connector in, hold the connector as close to the bend when pushing it down to prevent break it. If you hold the neck of the connector where the hose is inserted, you may just break it.
Hope others will avoid this and not learn it through the hard way.

your cl280 use to chill how many feet?
Now chilling 2 feets. My left feet and right feet.
Hehe.
Actually I feel it is under powered as mine is a 45cm tall tank. Close to 80 L. Maybe a CL-300 will be more efficient. For lower 2 ft tank should be just nice.
