It's very hard to "fix" these belly sliders since this is a problem with their swim bladders not fully inflating with air at the point when they first hit the surface upon hatching. While some will grow up into adulthood with proper care, most keepers will cull them for various reasons. The majority will still be able to spawn, but will be unable to swim properly (swimming for them is a laborious process so they just jerk about on the tank bottom), so it is up to you to decide whether to keep them or not. If you have a decent number of males and females from the normal swimming fry growing up then the belly sliders can be kept as standby for spawning purposes. Since they are bottom spawners that plough into the peat, you don't have to worry about the females from the belly sliders.
