Connect up Eheim 2217 with Hailea 150A

hi bros, i am planning to start up a 3ft shrimp & moss tank.. my idea is to buy a second hand 2217 and a second hand hailea 150a.. can i pair them up to support my 3ft tank? thanks for any input and advice!

If got better budget, get higher flowrate canister and more Hp chiller. one spec up for both
