I am new here. Have just set up a planted 1.5 ft tank with Tetra, Badis Badis, Fucata and some Corys.
I just discovered there are brown algae invading my plants and the walls of my tank. I used a phone card to scrape the walls to rid them but is clueless on how to get rid of those on the plants. I run my CO2 and light for 8 hours a day and my tank is in the living room partially against a window.
Can someone advise me on how to deal with the algae?
