mine OK at 2bps. It depend on where you put it. the bubble might 100% dissolve before coming out from the filter outlet.

Do you have drop checker? it will tell you whether there is CO2 or not. If it is change color at least you know that it work even though not misting seen

I placed mine near the outlet of the canister. it will travel another 1 meter before reaching the tank hope its really dissolved!
