Congrats on your spawn.
I only have experience with betta splendens. But I would suggest you remove the rest of the fish and leave the brooding male alone in the tank.
Reason being that it can't fend for itself and could be attacked by the rest. The rest will also eat the frys as they hatch. Don't cause stress to the male or it could just eat the eggs. So, carefully remove the rest of the fishes.
I guess you'll have to do it fast, I suspect the frys will hatch by 24-48 hrs after spawning.
