There used to be quite a few shops selling them. But now it seems they are mostly out of stock. This includes C328(Clementi Florist and Aquarium), Y618(That Aquarium), Y934(Aquastar Trading), Blue Planet Aquatic(near Tai Seng MRT). But like i said, i have been to those places recently only to find them sold out though I bought the last 2 from Y934 yesterday. Maybe you could wait for some new stock and give them a call before coming down?

I spotted some stock at midori/green chapter at Clementi today. they are selling both brigittae and the closely related, boraras merah
I saw them at c328 today in packs of 50 pieces each. have quite a few packs ~
