Sunday update...
Oh man, this morning found that my overflow pipe clog with sump almost running dry and main tank water level higher than usual. Luckily I am running a Ehiem Universal pump which can run un-submerse and sump water level not enough to flood the main tank.
Open the ball valve on the intake to the sump full and nothing happen. Removed the water sprinkler that is used to distribute water onto the filter pad in the sump and found a lot of baby apply snails trapped and clogging up the holes. I have a wire mesh at the overflow compartment to prevent this from happening. They might had gotten through the mesh when they are very tiny and growing in the pipes till one day losses their grip and got suck down. Starting to hate these apple snail. Is there any fish that I can introduce to control the population of them?

No Puffer, I have too many fish that will not like the Puffer.
I think the easiest way is trap them now and then and remove them manually.

Suppose to be Daylight White but ended up they send the 4200 K masking the temp with a marker. Though I don't mind it yellowish as I already got a 6500 K on the tank I went ahead and question them and no reply till now. Not a very honest seller so not going to recommend this to anyone.
