check lfs that deals in marine livestock and equipment and ask for tubes that have a colour temperature of between 10000k to 20000k.

not necessary actinic.anyway what are the price range...?
you can cover any white light tubes with blue 'paper' (those used for making traditional lanterns).

yeah..iv tried that and using it now..But afraid the light mite get too hot and the cellophane paper will stick and melt on it...[] [
