you can find similar background at Eco-culture. one thing i observe, when using such background is the circulation problem between the gaps(glass and back of the fibreglass).

Anyone in Singapore using these backdrops for their aquariums?

the show tank at eco had a filter intake behind the backdrop and a surface simmer in front. Does it matter if the filter intake is behind the backdrop? Seems to impede the efficiency of the filtration syst in my opinion.

i wouldnt comment on Eco-culture's setup as I didnt see it myself. perharps they have a way to solve the circulation problem

The 4ft is using 2 external filters. One of the filter's output is behind this backdrop at one corner and the other filter's intake is also behing the backdrop but at the other corner of the backdrop. This creates a flow of water behind the backdrop.

I was thinking that algae might build up behind the backdrop. Mebbe they should drop in a few otos or yamatoes behind?![]()
