I think no# 5 is Ludwigia Repens too, you can trust Shadow. He's quite right.
But no.2 is not Echinodorus tenellus. I had this plant. The tip is a giveaway. heh..More likely:
Utricularia graminifolia (UG)

Ermm, is Ludwigia palustris and Ludwigia repens the same? Google shows both look similar.
#2 is from Polyart in the tank near the counter. Maybe someone who seen it there before can comfirm is E. Tenellus or UG?

Any compelling reason to specifically ID the plant? I think Ludwigia is a high demand plant in terms of light if this help.

Utricularia graminifolia will have those small transparent capsule, refer to Tropica picture. If you don't see it, than most likely tennelus with emerse leave.
Ya! You could be rightI don't see the capsule

Tonight I try take a macro shot of the plant. Hope it is not UG as my tank is not chilled and UG is will not do well in warmer tanks right?
On a side note, UG is a carnivorous plant. It will be nice to grow it emerse and see flowers or eats insects...
I am thinking of using root tabs to enrich the soil, is is really necessary since I am using Amazonia II already.
Which brand of root tab is recommended?

Echinodorus tenellus as what Shadow ID-ed should be correct as I don't see the bladders.
