Most fishes, including killies, can survive for a week without food.
Can the killies survive 2 days without food? Because planning to setup in the office a tank for killies. I hope someone can advice me before I commit into some mistake and bring death to the killies I am buying. Thanks in advance!

Ok, thanks! I will start cycling my setup tomorrow in the office for the Aus that I am planning to buy from our friend here after my bus trip to China. Too busy for the past few weeks, cannot easily find time to prepare my tank.

Just ensure that your tank is well covered. In office conditions, depending on the ventilation system, it may or may not have a detrimental effect on your killifish. I remember my GF's tank in her office that contained some juvenile Dario dario and Clowns. They did not make it past 1 week because over the weekend, the office airconditioning is turned off, and the air would become stale really quickly.
