Hmm...parotocinclus sp (3) "peru". One of my favorite little fish.
I would say that the first picture can probably be better with the front of the fish being sharper. It seems that the area of sharpness is focused on the second part of the fish. As mentioned earlier by LSZ, if you can't get the entire profile to be sharp, at the least, get the eyes to be sharp. Works wonder.
The second picture can probably benefit from a tigher crop.
By the way, I like the way the picture is presented too. Simple white border with thin black keyline makes it looks like a proper photograph.
