Hi dx
My "UP" solenoid gave up on me after about a year.
So the lesson learned is to get one where there is replacement for it.
To my knowledge, Chan of NA says he got spare parts for his new solenoid.
This is a re-post from "equipment section" coz no one replies []
My question is: are all regulator come with solenoid realiable in giving constant CO2 flow rate ? So far haven't read across any complain about regulator/solenoid units. Any louzy brand that I should beware ? The cheapest I have come across is $110, name is San Yong, but the solenoid is Made in Germany. Otherwise, normally regulator/solenoid costs about $180.
Do there have double gauge regulator (without solenoid) in the market, coz I don't intend to use timer.

oh yeah those electronic part can get faulty. Purely mechanically thing is more reliable []
Bioplast's double gauge regulator (w/o solenoid) cost $180+.
My single gauge manual regulator is giving me inconsistent flow, thinking of a replacement now []
Yap. Me thought of getting one soon too.
My 2l CO2 tank only last for about 2 months for my 3ft tank cause CO2 is constantly wasted during the off light period.
Let me know if anyone know a good place to buy one.
Thks.
