i believe this dish is called dancing shrimp in thailand. Saw it once at a road side store n bangkok. The shrimps are really dancing for their life away.
I feel this is disgusting to see shrimp jumping in the food.

Eaten live? I think they trying to beat the Japanese at fresh "seafood".
I guess they don't really fry the shrimp, just stir fry the veggies then chuck the shrimp in and people just swallow them alive. I cannot start to imagine the possible diseases they might carry if not properly cooked.

No one eat their own pets I think.. It's like kinda of yucky & cruel to feed in something you adore..
But unless of cause we talking about those commercial farms which those animals are not really pets I assume.. Haha..
But if given a chance, I wouldn't mind trying this dish but not with anything that I am rearing in my tank (or any hobbyist tanks) LOL

the shrimp are salt water breed, well better don't try unless you wanna get food poisoning.
