    Thanks

Burn 2 DVD, and save in external hard disk. 3 location. Every 2 years burn new DVD. Very safe.

Sign up with an online file hosting service like SugarSync or DropBox (or both) that allows you to upload files or folders to in addition to the DVDs and external hard disk. Pay for good quality DVDs if you want to go that route. My backup DVDs of videos started to peel off. Good thing I had another backup on hard disk.

Now I have backups on 2 external hard disk and uploading to SugarSync.

Using home NAS with bulit in raid(mirror mode) for tech savvy person. Non tech people best fail safe is 2 USB drives with exact data.

I told my friend use mirror raid before. He replied what rape??? Lol

Persoally, I have 2 HDD which I save my stuff on, on top of the files in the computer. So 3 locations. Very safe, you won't have to burn DVDs.
