Tank water is sti cloudy and there's still that smell although not as strong. No casualties and Shrimp all look healthy and active. Slime seems to be spreading onto the soil.. Noticed a patch this morning..

I'll feed them on alternate days.. Reduce left over food.

If you do nothing with your tank, the parameter will still remain and the casualties will keep coming.
You can test your water more often and fix the incorrect parameter, or move the fauna to more stable tank.
Don't waste your shrimplets, it is the happiest moment to see them growing
    Good luck bro.

I think I'll go get another test kit and try the reading again tonight. Have to agree with you, its quite a moment seeing berried shrimps. I have gotten a few more berried ones, there was only 2 when this thread was created. Now there are a few others. Will pay more attention to them. No idea how to start moving the shrimplets, some are still very small are constantly hiding away. Guess i have to wait till they're bigger.

Hi juanyuan, most likely the rest of your shrimp won't pull through if you still put inside continuously there will be more casualties.. it will be better to remove them Instead of getting more and more stress for you and your shrimps decom and reset everything again would be a better ideal

Good decision to get more accurate test kit to safe your shrimp.
You can try to suck the shrimplet with the hose pipe (airstone/co2 pipe).

I think i found out the reason why. The filter running on the smaller tank is not functioning properly today. Transferred one of the filter from cycling tank over to it already. Will pay attention the next few days. If im going to keep receiving casualty next few days. I'll probably just transfer all the shrimps that i can net over to the cycling tank. Close to 3 weeks of cycling already.

Bacteria bloom is a good problem.

Replaced the filter with one of the running HOF from my cycling tank. The Dolphin HOF is clogged up causing the flow to be very small. The readings done with another test are more or less similiar to what was posted. Shall update it again.

    Doing better now.
Replaced the filter for the smaller cube tank with a bigger filter that's running on my cycling tank. The dolphin 80 clogged up too easily :/

Re: Help : Shrimp tank water become cloudy

Some time back, My water became cloudy after I stupidly changed my filter pad without switching off the filter.
The bacteria bloom caused my crs to jump out of the tank and landed into my sump.
I quickly add bt9 and water cleared after 30 mins or so.

You wana check out your filter?
