Yes i have joined the crowd and got myself a nano despite it being a cruel setup for the animals no matter how you looked at it. check blog for write up on equipment list and prices

i think its ok if you keep fishes like celestial pearl danio or golden tetras , maybe 3 - 4 of it , if you intend to keep a discus or goldfish in it for life then i think its cruel
