Re: Spotted - Chocolate shrimp n mosura product

    yea
there is only 2 black shrimps i know, black king kong (super ex) and black cherry (pretty rare)

    wood shrimp are not shy
they are filter feeders and will stand where the current is strongest and stay there forever 24/7
My wood shrimp cling vertically right below the HOB where the waterfalls bring him some food

As i know its not enough for its big size, i manual feed it like a baby
I feed it bio-plus mix with water through a tube pump like syringe and also for my FR
they do not shy away and greatly welcome spoon feeding

the wood shrimp till now have not touch bottom ! if they keep moving around, means they are looking for bottom food..
if they are hiding , maybe that hiding spot is where the water current is the strongest
help them by pushing them to higher water

wood shrimp are interesting, mine display red, brown and white at different occasion

i think if 'black shrimp' is not very expensive, it should be the black malayan.. but then, the black will not always be black.. haha..

I've inherited a wood shrimp too and the display is most red after a moult. They are interesting to watch and he is the biggest creature in my tank!

    checked

the black shrimp tank with cory $5 is empty ... ?_?

the usual shrimp tanks at the entrance has black like shrimp (beside Fire red tank) which uncle say selling $15, testing batch limited stock. As usual he doesnt identify species

I took close look, its black brown. so its dark chocolate shrimp mix with milk chocolate shrimp. $15

for "black cherry", color usually run to light brown or clear in week to come, unless it is the dark chocolate shrimp variation, but I think they should price like chocolate shrimp.
