Yup, after doing some research on various sites including the IBC website, Betta sp. 'Pangkalangbun' is actually Betta uberis - it was named Betta sp. 'Pangkalangbun' prior to its formal description and was thought to be a cariant of Betta burdigala - which was also formally known as Betta burdigala sp. 'kubu' to differentiate it from uberis (previously pangkalangbun).
