    Folks,

I have the setup (see pic attached) about 4 weeks ago. The plan is to have a low light tank. 60cm tank. About 100 litres. The lights are 1 36W PL and 1 20W FL-replacement LED (not sure of the actual LED wattage or brightness but looks dimmer than a 20W FL. Bought from Nature Aquarium). CO2 is 1 bubble per 10 sec. Light is 8 hrs a day. Temp is 28-30 using a low speed DC fan. 3 large angels and 5 small ones. 30% water change once a month. External canister filter (Fluval 204 I think)

I started to have BBA at the tips of the ferns.

Are the above setup too bright for the plants ? What params should I adjust above ?

    Appreciate your advice. Thks.
