i have a few guppies and a pearl aro from different tanks with string like worms coming out of their anus been using anti paratics still have it and try to pull it out but no use.

What ur advice on this

You probably have a case of Camallanus worms, which infest the intestines of your fish. If your fish look thin and haggard even though they are eating, then it is due to this parasite because it feeds off the food that your fish ingests.

Treatment with praziquantel, fenbendazole, flubendazole or better still, levamisole, will probably cure your fish IF you get the dosage right.

Camallanus is correct and levamisole works best. However, all are controlled drug or made available only via prescription by veterinarian.
