I havent really seen a 2ft T5HO which is Clip-on, normally it's the one that comes with stand.

Havelock road blk 22, there is a aquatic shop.
A number of shops away in the same block, there is a very small lighting shop which sell T5 LED, which can be snap on using two spring clip.
Easy to install.
