My 5 months old Tiren regulator with UP solenoid is damaged. When I turn the solenoid off, there is still CO2 coming out. I tried a few more times and confirmed that the solenoid is dead. Usually when I turn it on, there will be a sound. But I can't hear the sound now.

I'm now using the needle valve to cut off the CO2 supply, will this cause damage to the regulator or needle valve?

Is it possible to replace the UP regulator or buy a compatible one? I hope I don't have to buy another set of regulator.[]

    Tks

I just called to ask, a lady picked up the phone.

She says they don't have the replacement UP solenoid.

Yep, this is what I did. Paid $60 for the german solenoid and the adapter to fit the solenoid.
