Mini seed bugs

Guys any ways to get red of this little bugs? They look like little fleas. Kinda like mini seeds that can swim/jump/crawl. They also love to crawl all over a piece of driftwood /w moss I have in the tank. So far no harm on my shrimps yet. Anyone know of a way to get rid of them. Any acid or medication? The only thing I'm worried about is having a population explosion of them ????. Do advise.

Chemicals that kill bugs will most likely contain copper which will also kill shrimps.
