T5 end caps

The Hopar's T5 endcaps are really lousy, they became hard to turn when I tried to remove a tube. I had to break one off the endcap in order to release it.

Now I am trying to look for a pair of new end caps for replacement. I had tried Home-Fix and some lighting shops but couldn't find them. Where can I get?

You can try look for it at Sim Lim Tower Level 3. Kaichin Electronics, Sinter

Thanks siongboon. I bought it today, now I have to figure out how to disconnect and connect the wires.
