Using a Stainless pipe to let chill water pass thru before going to the top tank. Have a hard time look for this stainless pipe and bending it to this shape.

Last but not least the temp at the chiller. This setup is for budget rather than having 1 chiller to 1 tank with this setup infact you have more tank just need to get the right size of chiller to cater to it.

That's Cool. The chiller itself you got it is already able to serve in two tanks? Or you DIY yourself ?

Chiller is meant to serve up to 3ft according to the spec so i just get the stainless steel to add as a chill conductor letting chill water pass thru the stainless steel pipe.

Can take some close up of how you connect the SS pipe to the hose. I have been lobbying this idea and also don't know where to get and bend the pipe.

Hi Zack not too sure as i said and mention i've hard time looking high and low until i cannot tahan ask one of the supplier that supply metal stuff to my company to help me out. And finally i got the good news. So i don't really know who he approach to get it done for me. So i guess in future when my other 2 tanks is confirm i will need to approach him again which is in planning now.

Hmm can't expect it to be the same as serving 1 tank so i roughly did a check for the past few nights.

Kick in last longer like 1 hr to bring down to the set point as compare it use to take about 20 min to 25 min the most
Stop and kick in again at about 45 min to 1 hr later i think this part can be improve need to sort out the pipe work and because currently as you can see my chiller is sittin next to my 2nd tank. The heat generate during kick in will slow down the cooling. So basically now i just want to monitor and see for the trial run. Temp can get but whether will it affect my livestock on the above tank. Testing with yamato and cherry for a week no ill effect. Not testing it on CRs tank. We all know Crs more sensitive.

I try to get it cause currently the connection point is submerge in the water.

Yes the heat from the chiller will affect your bottom tank, maybe you can use something to block the heat away.

I know you can do it.

Thanks bro for the confident hahaha yea i am thinking about it. Most probably need to revamp that little corner swap my canister and chiller position than maybe look for a plastic to block out the heat instead of letting it flow towards the tank make it rise upwards.

If you are using external controller (with external temp sensor probe) for the chiller, then you can use a small fan to direct away the heat.
You can plug your fan to the same external controller, so that it will only be on when the chiller kicks in.
Basically, you just need to position the back of your fan near the exhaust of your chiller, then the fan will draw out the hot air and blow out.

Bro....simple and yet not move the chiller away.....
Just get some insulator and put in between chiller & tank...

Thanks sharing that i did thing about it but due to the small corner that i m only allow to do my tanks i do not want my OC make noise when i pull the heat and redirect it. Cause there is once that happen that my 2 chiller run at the same time and the amount of heat generate hahaha i kana a very long nag.

Yea good idea will try this method 1st if still got heat issue then will have no choice but to take bro sword idea just need to see how to divert the hot air away from the tank and the dinning area so my OC won't nag

Wah bro, you really DIY king. Haha! This method allows sharing of chiller without sharing of water, nice.
What pump are you using to drive water thrOugh that coil? Think it'll kill quite a fair bit of flow.

The 28A is good? I heard many good things about it. But your kick in timing really very long leh, is it underpowered for the job?

    Bro Swor8....you still alive???
    Kekeke....hee.....(';')

Bro Avex....at 1st saw the bends of the stainless steel pipes thought it was done with your bear hands...wahahaha....ArmStrong....
Bro...I saw this at a Taiwanese Thread too...but do you have any idea if there is anyway if those pipings can be hidden?

By the way...there is 2 things I would like to Know....
1)The center bottle in between those coil is K1 Moving Media?
2)The bag of Black things on the Right is Active Carbon?
    Or both are secret recipe?
