    Hi,

I have recently purchase a full height fish tank cabinet. While cycling the water after a week, I noticed that there is a lot of condensation on the interior of the cabinet (that the top of the fish tank faced) and the nails/joints/hinges are rusting.

Just will like to check with you all whether is this normal? quite upset to see rusty stuffs within a week.

I guess it is due to high humidity from water evaporation. Not sure whether there is stainless steel screw and nail or not

not sure about the rust because I dont have full height cabinet but evaporation should not be that high except if you are using fan to cool down your tank water temperature. Do you need to top up the water everyday?
