Hi guys, I realize my planted shrimp tank's temperature is quite high... Abt 27... I have 2 fan and the lowest it could go is 26++... I have an internal filter and a 13w light. Do u think I should change the light to led type or internal filter to a hang on filter? Help will be greatly appreciated.

My guess is it wont make any different. 26-27 probably the best you can get using fan. try turn off the filter and light and see whether the temperature drop. If yes then you can consider replacing your light and filter
