Did you get to 6 immediately or the shrimps have been in 6.0 for a long time?

    Also, did you measure NH4?

Either your water is too acidic or you are poisoning them with ammonia.

Also, when I buy from LFS, my death rate for a new tank is 50% - 80%. Only mature tank has death rate of < 20%.

Gh 0 is going to cause deaths of your shrimps. Your water will be too soft for shrimps. Gh too high will also cause another issue.

Try and test it again if possible. Any bro can advise him on how to raise gH safely. Dont wish to give the wrong advise. Otherwise bro, do a search on google on how to raise gh for shrimp tank. There should be some pages where advise are given.

Anyway, I need help on this. Shall I just leave the tank as it is for 2 weeks then test again? Or shall I test the gH again? I have only 2 sakuras left.

Maybe I take this as a second cycle? Ok to cycle with the 2 sakuras in there?

Maybe take a picture of your substrate. I use to having problem with my substrate, when the test all is fine. Until i re-set my tank with shrimp soil, everything stable and so far no death since about 1 month.
btw i'm still newbie and learning.

This look like Gex soil/sand to me. This should be fine for shrimps, maybe is other problem that cause your shrimps to death. (still need the pro's to verify and give you advise)
