Can usED ceramics rings be be reuse again after a long time?will it be still effective?thanks:-)

As long as the pores inside the surface of the ceramic are not being covered much by the dirt or dirt particle then yes.
If the pores are much covered by the dirt, then it will be no use since the bacteria will not be able to colonize inside, I think.
If i wash the dirt away can it still be use?

yes it can be used if the CRs remain its structure.

just boil your old c rings will do. boiling will unclog the pores.
