Best Substrate for Corydoras

Wondering if anyone can advice the best substrate for Corydoras and where can I get them.

Sudo sand, Ada rio negro sand.. I used both before

I am using those aquarium sand not as fine as ADA rio Negro, but so far it works. I wish to use fine sand too but don't know how to integrate it in a planted tank. Fear that it gets messed around too much.
