    Re: My Office Sulawesi Tank

    Jackpot!! It is the bba!!

Can't believe it right, something that everyone tries to get rid, became such a secret receipe for good colouration.

Noted, in this tank, there is no other mosses except the bba... in fact, a FULL tank of bba... (will take picture later)... such that even the planted plant on wood is full of the bba.

I'm not sure if there are different type of bba, but the one growing in this tank is dark, and hard to pull it off, yet soft to the water wave.

Anyway, the one and only shrimplet is growing well.

    TDS :- 600-700

    PH :- 8.0

Maybe considering topping up more cardinals next month once I am confident that my water parameters are okie, and that the recent death not due to it.
Brother, you have no issue with cardinal shrimps molting with such high TDS?

Maybe you are right, probably the problem with molting kills them.... But there is a expert bro here in the forum when keep them at such high TDS too, and they grows well..... Maybe he has a much bigger tank....

Anyhow I am setting up a new tank hopefully to control TDS at jus 500.

Wow you are their usual customer or they bought a lot? I remembered they sold much more expensive than that. If like the price you mentioned, I will buy from them. So canI quote you when I ordered 10 pieces from them?

I used HELP soil as base... and coral sand as top.

Ohh about CRShaven, it is confirmed that is the pricing they give for sulawesi shrimps, all types, except that you must collect on the same day as delivery. Though I have not gotten any from them, that is the pricing they quoted me last week.
