omg ................the colour of the yellow shrimp at the 2nd picture is amazing..........i can saw the shell is very thick even for the picture isn't very details........
so kk in your experience you thought that the food would turn to be something like that ?
could we saw the moss that you told us ? because i only saw bba in those picture![]()
Jackpot!! It is the bba!!
Can't believe it right, something that everyone tries to get rid, became such a secret receipe for good colouration.
Noted, in this tank, there is no other mosses except the bba... in fact, a FULL tank of bba... (will take picture later)... such that even the planted plant on wood is full of the bba.
I'm not sure if there are different type of bba, but the one growing in this tank is dark, and hard to pull it off, yet soft to the water wave.
Here is picture of the tank....
Ha ha, i dont find them, they find us!!!
Trust me, we threw away many bowlsssss of bba till decided to let them stay
Maybe you are right, probably the problem with molting kills them.... But there is a expert bro here in the forum when keep them at such high TDS too, and they grows well..... Maybe he has a much bigger tank....
Anyhow I am setting up a new tank hopefully to control TDS at jus 500.![]()
yea was thinking there's only BBA .. but why so many !

I used HELP soil as base... and coral sand as top.
Ohh about CRShaven, it is confirmed that is the pricing they give for sulawesi shrimps, all types, except that you must collect on the same day as delivery.Though I have not gotten any from them, that is the pricing they quoted me last week.
